TAI CHI CHI KUNG

The essence of our Tai Chi is
Align the body through releasing tension

Move the chi/energy through the body, through relaxing the mind and refining our awareness





I will be teaching the art of Shibashi exercises for health and fitness.
together with some Chi Kung warm up exercises.

We will work with posture/alignment, internal energy, intention and relaxation.
    
Also to be included will be partner work such as single push hands, breathing and Chi circulating.

Meditation in Movement, learning how to breath, move and relax.

We will explore Rooting, Sticking, Yielding and then try to bring these into our every day lives.  

An introduction to Yang style short form.
